Welcome to The Wizards Club, Graphic Era Group of Institutions. By accessing our website, registering for our events, or participating in any club activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using The Wizards Club website, submitting forms, registering for events, or participating in any club activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with any event-specific rules and applicable University policies.

2. Membership

• Membership is open to eligible students of Graphic Era Hill University (GEHU) and Graphic Era University (GEU), subject to the club's membership guidelines.
• Members are expected to uphold the values of integrity, teamwork, inclusivity, innovation, and sportsmanship.
• The Wizards Club reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership in cases of misconduct, violation of club policies, or actions that damage the club's reputation.

3. Event Registration & Participation

• Participation is open only to eligible participants as specified in the event guidelines.
• Every participant must complete the official registration process before participating in any event.
• Participants must comply with the event rulebook, instructions issued by organizers, and all applicable University regulations.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any stage.
• Any form of cheating, impersonation, exploitation of bugs, unfair advantage, or violation of event rules may result in immediate disqualification without prior notice.
• Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable, except where an event is cancelled by The Wizards Club.

4. Code of Conduct

All members and participants are expected to:

• Treat fellow participants, organizers, faculty, volunteers, sponsors, and guests with respect.
• Maintain professional and appropriate behaviour during both online and offline activities.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, abusive language, hate speech, threats, or any disruptive conduct.
• Avoid any form of cheating, plagiarism, hacking, or manipulation of event systems.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, disqualification, suspension, removal from the club, or restriction from future events depending on the severity of the violation.

5. Media & Photography

By participating in club activities, you grant The Wizards Club permission to capture and use photographs, videos, recordings, livestreams, and other media from events for promotional, educational, documentation, marketing, website, and social media purposes without additional compensation.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all logos, branding, graphics, website content, event materials, documents, designs, photographs, and other intellectual property associated with The Wizards Club remain the property of The Wizards Club or their respective owners. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Wizards Club shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, technical failures, internet disruptions, event cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in club activities or the use of this website.

8. Changes to These Terms

The Wizards Club reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the official website and shall become effective immediately upon publication.
