1. Acceptance

By using The Wizards Club website and services you agree to these terms.

2. Membership

Open to all GEHU students. Members must uphold the club's values of sportsmanship and fair play.

3. Event Participation

  • Participants must be registered GEHU students unless specified
  • All participants must follow the event rule book
  • The club may disqualify participants for misconduct
  • Registration fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled

4. Code of Conduct

Respectful behaviour is mandatory. Harassment, cheating, or toxicity will result in disqualification and/or removal.

Event Rule Book

These rules apply to all Wizards Club events unless specific event rules override them.

General Rules

  • All participants must be registered GEHU students (unless the event is open)
  • Register before the deadline — no late entries
  • Each player may participate in one team per game per event
  • Participants must be present at the venue at the scheduled time
  • The club's decisions on all disputes are final

Fair Play

  • Hacks, mods, or unauthorised tools result in immediate disqualification
  • Smurfing or account sharing is prohibited
  • All accounts must belong to the registered participant

Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour toward opponents and staff is mandatory
  • Harassment or toxic behaviour leads to disqualification
  • Damage to venue property is the participant's responsibility

Game-Specific Rules

Rules for each title are announced separately per event via Instagram and Discord. Players are responsible for reading them before participating.

Prizes

Distributed after result verification. The club may withhold prizes for rule violations. Organiser decisions are final.
